Dear potential employers,

Please review my resume and if your organization requires my experience, shares my passions, or values excellence, we should talk.

I am interested in working with a group of people that explore new technologies and design innovative applications for that technology that make a difference. I would like to be encouraged to creatively tackle complex problems and engineer solutions. As the technical facilitator for the group, I could help by ensuring that the team has the proper resources, inspiration and the motivation to strive for excellence. The most challenging aspect would be advocating strengths of the team to management and figuring out what the highest priority challenges my team is able to solve given resources and constraints. Ideally this position would be at an organization that shares many of my values, and work will affect something that I am passionate about. As a result, my team's work will facilitate positive outcomes that make the world a better place.
